Should I play squash or rugby and is playing squash bad for your tennis?
Yer, Squash is bad for your tennis because when you play squash you just use your rist
Yes, squash is bad for your tennis. Most I know who played squash and tennis competitively had to choose on over the other. I used to play tennis competitively, too; however, I realized it was too hard to switch my grip and angles of my shots every time I played tennis and so I chose squash. If you don't like playing rugby, then that's an easy answer - don't play rugby! I think squash is worth giving a shot. It is very possible to be good in both tennis and squash and I have seen it frequently. Besides, you never know, you might be really amazing in squash; better than in tennis. ~ Caty
